Air Liquide Canada offers a unique opportunity for a licensed, heavy-duty mechanic looking to enter into a diverse career working on engines, pumps, hydraulics and cryogenic trailers.
- Perform Routine/Preventive maintenance and repairs on trailers, including electrical, mechanical, Hydraulic and structural components
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with trailers and determine the appropriate course of action for repairs
- Assemble and disassemble trailer components as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
- Use hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment to complete repairs and maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all shop procedures and company policies relating to use of shop and Occupational Health & Safety regulations

Are you a MATCH?

MUST have Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic Certification (Alberta) or Red Seal Interprovincial Certification
-
Minimum of 1+ years of experience
-
Previous oil field and/or cryogenic and/or compressed gas experience & training is an asset. Training provided to the successful candidate.

Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, brake systems, and electrical systems.

Welding experience is an asset

Ability to lift heavy parts and work in physically demanding environments.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Organized, self-motivated and a team player.

Strong work ethic to produce quality work in a safe and timely manner.

Have the ability to deal with large volumes of work and stressful situations.
