Warehouse Shipping, Receiving & Inventory
About the role
Looking to be part of a fast-moving, hands-on team where your work truly keeps things running? Cobra Electric is on the hunt for a detail-driven Warehouse Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Clerk to join our crew in Langley.
In this role, you won’t just be moving boxes—you’ll be a key player in keeping our operations smooth, organized, and fully stocked. You’ll work closely with Operations and the wider Cobra team to manage inventory, support procurement, and ensure materials are exactly where they need to be, when they need to be there.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Keep our warehouse organized, efficient, and under control
Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand for critical parts
Handle full-cycle purchasing within our ERP system
Receive and verify incoming shipments, and manage returns, credits, and warranties
Prepare pick lists and support parts distribution for service work
Coordinate material needs with field staff
Track and transfer stock between warehouse locations
Allocate materials to specific work orders
Conduct weekly stock checks and assist with annual inventory counts
Deliver top-notch service to both internal teams and external partners
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience in the electrical or construction industry (strong asset)
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Adobe)
Working knowledge of SAP Business One or similar ERP systems
Valid Class 5 or 7 Driver’s License
A sharp eye for detail and a knack for staying organized in a fast-paced environment
This position is Monday to Friday (7am - 3:30pm) at the Cobra yard located at 9688 190 St, Surrey, BC V4N 3M9. $20-25/hr depending on skillsets, certification and previous work experience.
