Position Overview
The Sweeper Truck Driver at Professional Excavators & Construction Inc. is responsible for operating sweeper trucks to maintain site cleanliness across various construction projects. This role is critical to ensuring that job sites are kept safe and free from debris, enhancing productivity and adhering to environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate sweeper trucks to clean and maintain construction sites, roadways, and surrounding areas as required.
- Ensure that all sweeper operations are conducted safely and efficiently, adhering to all applicable regulations and company policies.
- Perform pre-operation inspections on the vehicle, conducting routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor the condition of the job site and adjust sweeping operations as necessary based on site conditions and traffic.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other team members to support overall project progress and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of the equipment operations, including hours worked, fuel usage, and maintenance needs.
Requirements
- Valid Class 3 Driver's License with a clean driving record is required.
- Previous experience operating sweeper trucks or similar heavy equipment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor as needed.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and in various weather conditions.
