• Leverage emerging AI tools and technologies to enhance design workflows, accelerate ideation, improve research synthesis, and create innovative user experie nces.- Lead end-to-end product design initiatives, from discovery and concept development through execution, validation, and la unch.- Collaborate closely with researchers, product managers, engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to understand user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives, translating insights into impactful product solut ions.- Drive product strategy by identifying opportunities, defining user experience vision, and aligning design outcomes with business goals and customer v alue.- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design specifications that communicate ideas effectively across t eams.- Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priori ties.- Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, analytics, and customer feedback to inform design decisions and continuously improve experie nces.- Contribute to and evolve design systems, interaction patterns, and accessibility standards to ensure consistency and scalability across prod ucts.- Partner with engineering teams throughout implementation to ensure design quality and seamless user experie nces.- Mentor and support junior designers through design critiques, coaching, and knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of continuous learning and design excell ence.- Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and cross-functional discussions to build alignment and drive decision-ma king.- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, AI-driven experiences, and best practices in product design, accessibility, and innova
