About the role

Reporting to the Shopper Marketing Manager, the Shopper Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in bridging brand strategy and business objectives with retail execution. The selected candidate will support the planning and the execution of large-scale national projects in the retail fruit juice and beverage category across Canada. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring omnichannel shopper marketing initiatives to life through impactful retail activations and consumer engagement.

Key activities

Retail Media Campaign Management:
Assist in implementing shopper-focused digital and in-store programs to enhance brand visibility, loyalty, drive trial and conversion across key retail partners including Loblaw, Walmart, Metro, Sobey’s and others.

Collaborate with cross-function teams including brand, digital, sales, retail partners and agencies for campaign development and execution.

Assist in managing budget and external partnerships to ensure seamless execution.

Maintain program calendars and provide internal stakeholders with timely information on upcoming programs and deliverables.

Instore Activation and Support Tools:
Participate in the development and execution of in-store marketing assets and tactics (POS, shelf blades, demos, etc.).

Maintain an active watch on competitor activities and retail strategies.

Help develop presentations and materials to support internal teams.

Analytics and Reporting:
Assist in summarizing campaign results and KPIs.

Prepare program performance summaries for internal stakeholders.

Required training and experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.

Experience in project management, shopper marketing, or retail media.

Food industry experience (an asset).

Skills sought

Bilingualism in French/English (essential: exchanges with unilingual English-speaking colleagues, clients and suppliers in other provinces or countries).

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Blend of creativity and rigorous attention to detail.

Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.

Proactive attitude and a strong desire to take on new challenges and initiatives.

Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Specific condition to the position:
Hybrid position requiring a presence in the Rougemont, Quebec office, two to three days a week.
