About Us: Barrhaven Endodocs is a modern, patient-focused endodontic specialty clinic located in the heart of Barrhaven, Ottawa. We?re dedicated to providing exceptional care in a calm, professional environment?and we?re looking for a friendly and reliable Dental Assistant to join our team.
Position Overview: We are seeking a certified Dental Assistant (Level I or II) who is organized, motivated, and passionate about patient care. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for work-life balance with no evening or weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chairside assisting during endodontic procedures (e.g. root canals)
- Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control protocols
- Taking and processing digital X-rays (HARP-certified required)
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring equipment readiness
- Communicating clearly with patients and providing post-op instructions
- Supporting administrative duties when needed

Qualifications:
- Level I or Level II Dental Assistant certification (Ontario)
- HARP certification (required)
