Starting base salary $126,500 – 151,500 CAD*

The Senior Solutions Architect is responsible for delivering solution architectures that drive the Channel Success Platform toward scalability, revenue growth, and new market opportunities. They work closely with Product, Development, and Operations teams to design distributed system architectures within the 360Insights Platform. These solutions ensure alignment with platform architecture requirements, business goals, and the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll work hands-on with teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure your architectural designs are successfully implemented. Leverage your expertise in technical leadership, collaboration, distributed computing, and solution architecture to drive success in a fast-growing cloud SaaS platform.

What You Will Be Doing

• Create architecture solution designs that meet business requirements and leverage cloud-native patterns including microservices, containerization, event-driven architecture, and serverless.
• Design and integrate shared platform services such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), API Gateways, Master Data Management (MDM), observability tooling, and payment integration.
• Develop and maintain solutions architecture artefacts including reference architecture, solution design, principles and architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with key functional teams (product, enterprise architecture, infosec, devops-infrastructure) to ensure comprehensive solution considerations (e.g., operational support, information security/privacy, infrastructure).
• Communicate architecture to stakeholders and software delivery teams, ensuring alignment on solution approaches.
• Evaluate existing and new technology systems to meet platform goals, and support delivery teams in implementing best practices and technology standards.
• Contribute to solution architecture planning, including identifying necessary activities, dependencies, and recommended approaches.

What You’ll Bring To This Role

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in solutions and/or enterprise architecture including a background in software development.
• Proven experience designing and building scalable SaaS solutions with expertise in cloud architecture and multi-tenancy, preferably on AWS.
• Familiarity with building or integrating shared platform services (IAM, API Gateways, MDM, Notification Systems, etc.).
• Experience with cloud and software architecture patterns such as API-first development, CQRS, autoscaling, immutable infrastructure, and backend for frontend.
• Experience ensuring high availability, security, and performance in distributed systems.
• Proficient in modern .Net and/or NodeJS architecture patterns.
• Knowledge of iPaaS considered an asset.
• Certified SAFe Architect, AWS Certified SA or similar qualifications would be advantageous.
