We are hiring for a permanent full-timeService Advisorwho is the primary touchpoint and liaison between our guests and service technicians.

What you'll be doing:

• Happily greet your guests and inspect their unit.

• Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work.

• Advise guests about necessary/suggested services and costs.

• Follow the status of the guest's units from service bay entry through completion of work.

• Ongoing guest communication - provide service updates, changes and/or recommendations.

• Upon completion of work, review work order with guest to assure complete satisfaction.

What we're looking for:

• Experience as a Service Advisor in Recreation would be considered an asset.

• Service writing experience.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Your love for providing exceptional customer service.

• Enjoys a fast-paced environment, is hard working and brings a positive friendly attitude.

• Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License upon employment.
