As the Quality Assurance Administrator , you will provide administrative and coordination support to the Quality Assurance and Compliance Department. In this role, you will help track inspections, maintain documentation, support reporting activities, and assist with communication across departments to ensure service standards and client requirements are met.
About The Position The Quality Assurance Administrator reports to the Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager and is based out of our Corporate Head Office in St. Catharines, ON.
This role is well suited for someone with strong organizational and administrative skills who enjoys working with documentation, reports, and internal processes in a fast-paced office environment.

Job Duties Quality Assurance & Administrative Support
- Create, update, and assign inspections and service requests within internal software systems, ensuring all relevant details are documented
- Track progress of inspections and service requests and follow up on outstanding items as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality assurance activities
- Assist with maintaining documents and procedures within internal databases in accordance with document control standards
- Support the development and updating of work plans, checklists, and other materials that align with client service requirements
- Assist with the preparation of procedures, training documents, equipment labels, and other informational materials related to service quality
- Provide administrative support to the QA and Compliance Department in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
Client and Operations Support
- Maintain records of client-specific service requirements and communicate relevant updates to appropriate teams
- Provide administrative support to help ensure adherence to client quality standards
- Run system reports and prepare clear and concise summaries for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with communicating CCS service standards and procedures to internal teams and clients
Candidate Profile
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or office support role
- Experience supporting documentation, reporting, or process tracking in an office environment is considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; multilingual an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and organization
