Sales & Marketing Generalist (Path to Head of Growth)

Location: Remote (Canada preferred)

Hotels run on people, but finding great talent quickly is broken.

We’re building a faster, smarter way for hotels to find, hire, and manage top hospitality talent. Think of it as the go-to workforce platform for the hotel industry where speed, trust, and quality of matches matter most.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Generalist who loves building from scratch.

Someone who can blend sales hustle with creative marketing and who’s hungry to own growth.

You’ll work directly with the founder to:

• Build and run outreach campaigns to attract new hotels and talent.
• Create and test marketing ideas that drive adoption and awareness.
• Manage CRM and automation tools (Zapier, Apollo, Softr, and HubSpot).
• Track what’s working, iterate fast, and turn wins into repeatable systems.

If you’ve worked in a startup or run your own business , you’ll fit right in. You’ll have space to experiment, fail fast, and grow into a Head of Growth role as RoomsRelay scales.
