Our priority is to make sure we hire safe employees that care about the service provided to the community. As a Wash Bay Labourer with us the minimum responsibilities are:
- Wash containers, trucks, and floors.
- Moving and parking trucks safely according to washing schedule and parking plan.
- Organizing Wash Bay equipment.
- Ensure Wash Bay is kept in clean and safe working conditions.
- Ensure all containers coming into the shop are washed and left in a state that is representative of our service levels.
- Responsible for prioritizing work, based on communication with operations management staff, operators, mechanical staff, welders, and others to ensure that customer expectations for timely service are met.
Shift: Afternoon Shift – 2:00pm to 10:30pm
Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 based on experience.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Knowledge of the operation of trucks and washers preferred.
- Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract required.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work on a three-person team with minimal direction.
- Physically fit and capable.
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment tests.
- A criminal record check will be required.
