The Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce development, including the latest advancements in AI and Agentforce, to enhance sales processes and drive innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customized solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet client-specific requirements.
- Utilize Salesforce’s AI capabilities and Agentforce to enhance sales processes and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Consultants and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components to extend Salesforce functionality.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, particularly in AI and Agentforce.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and team members.
- Document development processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Sales Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities and Agentforce to enhance sales processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development tools and environments, such as Salesforce DX and Visual Studio Code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Salesforce Developer certification(s) preferred.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and continuously learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Some exposure to Financial Services industry clients is nice to have.

Generally, the standard base pay range for this role is CA$90,000 to $120,000 annually. This base pay range is specific to certain locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for competitive benefits. Actual amounts will vary depending on overall profile, experience, and location.
