Business Analyst (Spanish)
About the role
TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Business Analyst - Bilingual Spanish Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- 10+ years of progressive business analysis experience supporting complex financial services or asset management initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience delivering transformation or technology implementation programs in Agile environments.
- 5+ years of experience writing epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements documentation.
- 5+ years of experience working with business, operations, technology, product, and vendor stakeholders.
- Strong process analysis, workflow documentation, requirements traceability, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
Nice-To-Have Skills
Experience with Transfer Agency, fund administration, shareholder servicing, or asset management operations. Experience with Private Assets, private market operating models, investment operations, or related platform initiatives. Experience supporting vendor-led implementations, solution validation, and integration activities. CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, PSPO, CSM, PSM, or equivalent credentials are considered assets.
Soft Skills Required
Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and produce high-quality deliverables with limited supervision Strong communication skills Education: University degree in business, or other related fields is required.
