Our client is undertaking a modernization of its external web presence to better serve clients, partners, and stakeholders. With evolving program portfolios, and a renewed focus on client‑centric and partnered service delivery, the website must clearly communicate who we are, what we offer, and how the ecosystem can engage with us.
Our client maintains multiple web properties containing significant volumes of technical, programmatic, and corporate information. These sites require a cohesive content strategy, streamlining of information, refreshed content, and a unified tone and style. A recent website audit has identified opportunities to improve content clarity, page structure, and alignment with our strategic priorities.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills
We are looking for a consultant that has the following expertise:

Experience with large, enterprise clients, preferably public sector clients, providing web content for intranet and internets

Experience completing large-scale website rewrites

Following Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), experience delivering proofed, publication ready web content

Experience reviewing existing large web page content, key documents, guidelines and related reference materials

Experience assessing accuracy, clarity, tone and communication standards
