Clean Harbors/Safety-Kleen in Nepean, ON is seeking a DZ Driver to join our safety conscious team!
As a DZ Driver, you will drive our mission of sustainability by providing excellent service to our customers while promoting and delivering Safety-Kleen products and services.

Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate a DZ-licensed vehicle to deliver and pick up hazardous and non-hazardous materials, including used oil, antifreeze, and related products.
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service, ensuring their needs are met and promoting additional products and services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Safety-Kleen products and services, contributing to revenue growth.
- Manage daily routes and ensure compliance with schedules while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accuracy in product deliveries, waste pickups, and related documentation.
- Adhere to all company, provincial, and federal safety regulations and guidelines, including transportation of dangerous goods (TDG) and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS).
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle and workplace environment.
- Participate in required training and maintain all certifications necessary for the role.
Qualifications
- Valid DZ driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- 1-2 years of DZ truck driving experience.
- Strong customer service with ability to develop and maintain positive relationships.
- Knowledge of environmental services, hazardous waste management, or related industries is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Willingness to complete a background check, drug test, and physical if required.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding role, including lifting heavy containers and working in varying weather conditions.
