Who you are
- CRM & Marketing Automation: Experience with platforms like Salesforce and Marketo is preferred
- Event Management Software: Proficiency with event platforms such as Cvent and Splash
- Project Management Tools: Experience with Asana for managing timelines and deliverables is a plus
- Data Management & Analytics: Familiarity with tools like Tableau, 6sense, or Excel for analyzing event performance and identifying key insights
- 5+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing, with a focus on programs, events, or integrated campaigns, preferably at an enterprise-level company
- A proven track record of developing and executing a marketing strategy for large-scale, global programs
- History of, or preference towards, innovation and AI/automation-first solutions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a history of leading and collaborating successfully with cross-functional and regional teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously, delivering on time and on budget
- A track record of being agile, adaptable, and comfortable managing change in ambiguous situations
- Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing preferred)
- Willingness to travel as needed
What the job involves
- The Global Programs Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining, innovating, and driving the strategic direction for our most impactful marketing events programs
- This role owns the strategy and execution of our global Roadshow events and the long-term vision and evolution of our Events in a Box (EIAB) program
- You will work cross-functionally to ensure our programs are not only executed flawlessly but are also innovative, scalable, and fully aligned with global business objectives
- Global Roadshow Strategy & Innovation: Own the end-to-end strategy for our global roadshow portfolio (Oktane on the Road, Identity Summits and hands-on labs); including ideation, promotion, content, experience, and follow-up. You’ll partner closely with regional marketing managers to execute these events and use their feedback to continuously innovate the program
- Events in a Box (EIAB) Strategy: Drive the strategy and evolution of our pre-packaged, field event programs. Your role is to build a long-term vision to make it a truly self-service solution for field marketers, leveraging AI and automation-driven innovations
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison and strategic partner to global campaigns, field marketing, digital, product marketing, and sales teams to align on program goals and execution
- Integrated Marketing Leadership: Work with the Strategic Events team to integrate our global campaigns and programs into our premier Tier 1 events (e.g., Gartner Symposium, AWS Re:Invent, Oktane). You will own the internal communication, help ensure global campaign messaging is used consistently, and find opportunities to integrate these events across global and regional marketing efforts
- Performance Analysis: Utilize a data-driven approach to measure and analyze program performance, identifying key insights and opportunities for continuous optimization
