Rotational Program Associate

WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a Rotational Program that is focused on the growth and development of the Rotational Associate. By assigning them a Mentor during the training process to guide them through the program, associates will enjoy on-the-job learning along with guidance from an industry expert. It is an excellent opportunity to learn and gain valuable experience in the following fields:

  • COMMODITY TRADING - shadow our multilingual traders and learn how to trade, manage and negotiate commodities, sales and purchases all around the world;
  • HEDGING – sit at our multi-tasking Hedge team’s desk, and learn how to hedge commodities and currencies, track the markets and manage risk;
  • GRAIN CONTROL – learn how to assist traders with all aspects of the contract and invoice procedures, have a direct customer contact and communication, and learn to provide excellent service and support;
  • LOGISTICS & SUPPLY CHAIN – learn how to create efficiency along the supply chain through effective contract execution, handling trade documentation and negotiating freight;
  • ACCOUNTING – learn how to handle full cycle accounting and transaction pricing in a dynamic environment.

The duration of the program is 1 year, and the rotation differs depending on the candidate’s interest. An adjusted timeline will be set for co-op students to match their program requirements. At the end of the Rotational Program year, candidates will assume their full time roles within Trading, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or Finance at BroadGrain.
