About the role
Principales responsabilités
- Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez en charge de gérer le personnel quant à la distribution et à l’exécution des réparations et des entretiens des véhicules lourds.
- Vous serez responsable du suivi de la productivité et de la maximisation des opérations.
- Vous aurez à assumer la responsabilité quant à l’approbation et au paiement de toutes les réparations qui doivent être effectuées par les sous-contractants sur les divers équipements de l’entreprise.
- Vous participerez au processus disciplinaire.
- Appliquez la convention collective et les règlements internes de l’employeur.
- Appliquez les politiques de GFL en matière de santé et sécurité au travail.
- Vous devrez accomplir toutes autres tâches pouvant être demandées par le supérieur immédiat.

Compétences recherchées :
- Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) candidat(e) ayant complété un D.E.P. en mécanique et qui justifierait de 5 années d’expérience en lien avec la mécanique de véhicules lourds.
- Avoir de solides connaissances en hydraulique sera considéré comme un atout.
- Pour occuper le poste, il est essentiel de démontrer une excellente habileté à planifier, organiser et faire un bon suivi.
- Vous devez démontrer d’une excellente capacité à résoudre des problèmes, à communiquer et à faire preuve d’autonomie.
