GFD of Canada is seeking a Processing Administrator to join our dynamic and collaborative Processing Team. What your typical day would look like:

As our Processing Administrator, you will be a key player in elevating the member experience. You will:

  • Processing new business, claims, cancellations, and other transactions across all financial products.
  • Assisting with a variety of requests and investigations to support operational needs.
  • Managing and organizing documents, coordinating mailing and electronic distribution, and reconciling reports.
  • Identifying issues and communicating effectively with external‑facing teams.
  • Performing daily quality control checks and ensuring strict adherence to internal controls.

What you bring to the role:

  • 2-3 years experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, handling financial product administration and accounting data.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (advanced skills in Excel)
  • Exceptional communication, organizational abilities and attention to detail

·        Ability to maintain confidentiality surrounding sensitive financial information.

·        Experience with NetSuite (an asset).

  • Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
