Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in UX research, preferably within the Fintech or wealth management industry
- Strong expertise in various research methodologies, such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiry
- Proficiency in analyzing user research data to derive significant insights and drive decision-making and product improvements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving, with a strong focus on applying user-centered design principles
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Human Factors, or a related field

- We seek an outstanding individual to join our rapidly growing Fintech company as a Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher
- Our company specializes in innovative wealth management solutions, and we are counting on your expertise to help shape our product development and drive business outcomes
- As a user researcher, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our users' needs and expectations, ensuring our products deliver the best possible experience
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, you will drive user research and leverage these insights to inform product decisions
- Lead and manage end-to-end UX research projects, including planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of both qualitative and quantitative data
- Collaborate with product teams and designers to define research questions, develop comprehensive research plans, and prioritize research initiatives that align with business objectives
- Translate research insights into concrete recommendations to influence product strategy and guide design decisions, ensuring a user-centered approach
- Communicate the value of UX by presenting research findings and strategic recommendations. Encourage alignment on priorities and objectives
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our user base, staying abreast of industry trends and analyzing competitors' offerings to drive continuous product innovation
- Promote a culture of ongoing learning and development, including mentoring more junior team members
