As a Product Manager, Residential Lending Solutions, you will serve as the strategic lead and subject matter expert for a portfolio of products focused on residential lending solutions. This role is accountable for defining and executing a customer-centric product strategy that drives revenue growth, enhances customer experience, and differentiates offerings in the market.

You will lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and opportunity assessment through delivery, launch, and continuous optimization. Leveraging a holistic product management approach, you will balance customer needs, business objectives, operational realities, and technology capabilities to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

This role requires strong strategic thinking, technical fluency, and organizational leadership, including the ability to guide cross-functional teams, evaluate solution approaches, and drive alignment across Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Lender Relations.

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

Product Strategy, Growth & Differentiation

  • Define and evolve a strategic product roadmap for residential lending solutions
  • Drive revenue growth and share of wallet expansion
  • Identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value and customer impact

End-to-End Product Lifecycle Leadership

  • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through post-launch optimization
  • Align product vision with execution and measurable business outcomes
  • Champion customer-centric development practices

Modern Product Development & Agentic Enablement

  • Guide product development using modern SDLC practices
  • Identify and leverage agentic and AI-enabled capabilities where appropriate
  • Ensure scalable and future-ready product solutions

Technical Evaluation & Solution Alignment

  • Evaluate technical designs and architectural trade-offs
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and architecture teams
  • Bridge business and technical teams effectively

Backlog Leadership & Team Direction

  • Lead Product Owners, Analysts, and Specialists in backlog management
  • Define priorities, success criteria, and delivery expectations
  • Drive accountability for execution and outcomes

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Partner with Operations and Lender Relations teams
  • Align with Sales and Marketing for go-to-market success
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and priorities

Client Engagement & Customer Experience

  • Support client engagement initiatives
  • Drive improvements in customer experience
  • Act as voice of the customer in decision-making

Performance & Optimization

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Use data to drive continuous improvement
  • Foster innovation and experimentation

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 5+ years in product management or product development
  • Strong experience with strategic roadmap planning and business value prioritization
  • Understanding of modern SDLC and exposure to agentic/AI products
  • Technical fluency to evaluate solution design
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in residential lending, real estate, or insurance preferred

Total Direct Compensation:

$122,000 to $149,200

Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable)
