Job Description
Branch Administrator
Role Summary:
OurMontreal – Pointe Claire officeis looking for Branch Administrator to join the team. The main job duties and responsibilities of this role will be to support all aspects of administration for the branch.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support as needed for all departments
Process data and documents as required for company reports, within company systems and for company retention
Assist the Operations team with support and information as may be required
Close projects and work orders and process billings
Manage and resolve disputes with customers according to company policies
Provide support to sales and order entry team to provide company compliance documents as requested by customers
Check/respond to email and phone inquiries
Order branch office supplies
Responsible for complying with all company standards & procedures.
Follow established health & safety procedures; report all accidents and hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Other duties as assigned by the reporting Manager
Job Requirements:
Post-Secondary education in Office Administration or a related discipline preferred
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and able to work under pressure
Flexibility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Bilingual French and English spoken and written is essential
