As a software development intern in the imaging division at Zebra, you will work on DevOps and test automation infrastructure for various teams in the computer vision unit. You will help implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, create automated tests, and optimize infrastructure tools to ensure software quality and reliability.
This role is expected to start on January 6th and run through April 24th. FRENCH TRANSLATION:

En tant que stagiaire en développement logiciel dans la division d’imagerie chez Zebra, votre mandat sera de travailler sur l’infrastructure DevOps et d’automatisation des tests pour différentes équipes de l’unité vision par ordinateur. Vous contribuerez à l’implémentation et à l’amélioration des pipelines CI/CD, à la création de tests automatisés et à l’optimisation des outils d’infrastructure pour garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des systèmes logiciels.
Ce rôle devrait commencer le 6 janvier et se poursuivre jusqu'au 24 avril. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with computer vision teams to design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for deploying and validating new functionalities.
- Develop and maintain automated tests for complex software systems using Python, C#, and JavaScript.
- Understand and analyze existing software architecture to identify opportunities for improving automation and continuous integration.
- Design Python scripts for automation infrastructure, data collection, analysis, and visualization.
- Participate in improving automated testing tools and orchestrating workflows on Windows and Linux systems.
- Create and maintain YAML configuration files for CI/CD pipelines and automation systems.
- Debug and analyze existing code to ensure system reliability and performance.C

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in object-oriented programming with experience in Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge or interest in DevOps, CI/CD, and related tooling.
- Experience or interest in test automation and infrastructure scripting.
- Competent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary: CAD 27.00 - CAD 31.50 Hourly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
