The role of the HVAC Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining and growing Noble’s customer base by utilizing professional service and selling skills to identify customer needs, present Noble’s advantage to increase customer spend, loyalty, and retention.

Responsibilities:
- Sell HVAC/Hydronics products to existing and new customers
- Answer all inquiries and requests and provide information and quotations
- Review specifications and obtain pricing to create accurate project quotations
- Maintain relationships and follow up with customers
- Process and manage orders in an organized and timely manner
- Conduct ongoing consumer analysis to create effective selling strategies
- Assess customer needs and develop solutions to help support customer businesses
Qualifications:
You Must Have:
- Completion of College Diploma or University is required
- HVAC sales experience and technical knowledge
- Must be well organized, able to multitask, and work well under pressure
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Confident, self-motivated, and ability to pursue opportunities independently
- Team oriented and comfortable selling in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with boilers, pumps, and hydronic heating equipment and controls
- Knowledge of ductwork, fittings, commercial and residential HVAC equipment, and zone controls
- Previous sales or customer service experience
