About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support IM/IT initiatives within a public-sector environment in New Brunswick. This is a contract consulting role for someone comfortable working end-to-end on Agile projects and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Mandatory requirements:
- 10+ years of IM/IT experience
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst working in Agile environments
- Senior-level experience across requirements, design, testing, and training
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent written and spoken English
Additional Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in social services, health, or case/care management systems
- Leading and facilitating requirements workshops
- Documenting functional & non-functional requirements
- Translating business needs into technical requirements
- Creating and executing test cases and traceability artifacts
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, DevOps, and Agile delivery
- Salesforce CRM / Health Cloud experience
- Professional BA or Agile certification (IIBA, SAFe, Agile, etc.)
- Ability to communicate in French (verbal and/or written)
