About the role

About The Role This is a remote contract role, with the expectation of being on-site in Ottawa during the festival weekend (TBC in June, 2026), and available for key planning meetings leading up to the event (November 2025 - June 2026)

Job Requirements

  • Identify, research, and approach prospective sponsors aligned with City of Om’s values (health, wellness, sustainability, lifestyle, and community).
  • Work with Festival Director to create tailored sponsorship opportunities and packages.
  • Assist with the development of proposals and pitch decks.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all sponsors, ensuring deliverables are met before, during, and after the event.
  • Coordinate sponsor activations on-site in collaboration with the Vendor Coordinator.
  • Track, monitor, and report on sponsorship benefits and ROI
  • Maintain sponsor databases, agreements, and communication logs.
  • Produce post-event recap reports for each sponsor, including photos, metrics, and testimonials.
  • Ensure all sponsorship commitments are delivered accurately and on time.

About The Organization City of Om is Ottawa’s largest health and wellness festival, bringing together a weekend of yoga, fitness, meditation, music, workshops, and community connection. In 2026, the festival will celebrate its 11th year, welcoming 120+ teachers and thought leaders across multiple stages and studios. City of Om is more than a festival, it’s a movement to inspire mindful living, celebrate diversity, and strengthen community.
