- Base salary range for Packaging Designer starts at $55,000 CAD annually, based on experience
Please note that this is a 12-month contract position. At Our Facility In St. Mary's, You Can Develop Your Full Potential, Sustainably, By Applying Your Expertise Within The Packaging Team As The Industrial Designer
- Design innovative solutions that meet client needs while considering manufacturing constraints, timelines, and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Analyze client needs and translate them into functional, manufacturable design concepts.
- Manage and document project activities including specifications, samples and tooling.
- Provide technical support, optimize designs, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

You Too, Put Forward Your Strengths
- Diploma in package design or a related field, with 2–5 years of experience in corrugated packaging.
- Strong design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Strong understanding of client needs and ability to provide tailored solutions.
- Skilled in managing projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Proficient in technical design software and open to innovation.
