Job Summary Responsible for processing customer orders and ensuring that they are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
Job Duties
- Receiving & processing orders submitted by email, EDI or other forms of communication.
- Verifying customer data & ensuring it is accurate & complete.
- Coordinating with other departments (ex: finance team) to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
- Communicating with customers to provide updated order status.
- Sending out open order reports to customers & internal departments.
- Troubleshooting any issues that arise during order fulfillment process.
- Providing exceptional customer support.
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Team player with strong organizational skills.
- Problem solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Takes initiative & has a strong sense of urgency.
- Detail oriented with good analytical skills.
- Knowledge of internal computer systems, ex; Microsoft office.
