About the role

Your Job DarkVision, part of Koch Engineered Solutions, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Data Delivery Team in North Vancouver, BC. In this role, you will coordinate a high volume of asset integrity analysis jobs which may have turnaround time as short as a few hours.

This position requires 100% on-site work in our North Vancouver office.

The schedule will be a 4-week rotation of 12-hour shifts from Thursday to Thursday - 8 days on from 7:00am to 7:30pm, half a shift on Thursdays for live handover, then 6 days off. Average of 40 hours per week. This schedule will apply once training is complete.

This role does not provide work visa sponsorship or relocation support.

Our Team DarkVision’s acoustic imaging technology captures terabytes of high-fidelity data with each run. In the oil and gas industry, our data analysis team plays a critical role in the safe and efficient operations of our clients’ operating assets by analyzing massive ultrasound datasets using our proprietary visualization software. We are meticulous, methodical, and thorough in providing customers with critical insights that drive multi-million-dollar projects and optimize operations across the energy sector.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor and manage incoming projects through FieldFX and Jira, ensuring all required documentation is complete before analysis begins.
  • Set up and maintain project communication channels to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
  • Assign projects to analysts based on capacity, skillset, and schedule, coordinating closely with Team Leads to balance workloads.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments during pre-job planning to confirm specifications, timelines, and custom requirements.
  • Monitor project progress daily, updating dashboards with accurate statuses, timelines, and invoicing readiness.
  • Track potential risks or delays and proactively adjust resource assignments to maintain on-time delivery.
  • Record project start and delivery times to maintain operational transparency and accurate performance reporting.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by proactively identifying workflow inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and helping implement process enhancements that improve team productivity and project outcomes.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Previous experience in project coordination or operations support.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or tasks with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms such as FieldFX, Jira, or similar project management tools.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Background in the oil and gas industry
  • Experience working on an operations-based role (manufacturing, logistics, production)
  • Experience managing and improving standard operating procedures
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, build alignment across teams, and maintain accuracy under pressure
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word)

General Salary Range For this role, we anticipate paying $28 - $36 per hour. All 8/6 shifts worked are paid a 10% shift premium - which may be adjusted from time to time based on the company’s operational need. This role is eligible for overtime pay issued on each payment cycle.
