In this role, you will
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across our three divisions. Process orders accurately and efficiently. Respond to customer inquiries regarding deliveries, returns, pricing, and product availability. Promote our products and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Share ideas to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement. Support inventory management and other team initiatives.
What we're looking for
A passion for customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
