As a Security Supervisor, you will lead a team of guards on a college campus, ensuring security operations run smoothly while delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities for Campus Security Supervisor
- Lead a team of on-site security guards
- Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
- Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
- Issue and manage access cards
- Complete daily reports and incident reports
- All other related duties
Qualifications for Campus Security Supervisor

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- WSIB-approved First Aid & CPR Level C
- Authorized to work in Canada
- 1–3 years of experience in a security supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work continental rotational shifts (days and overnights)
- Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
