Job Description
SENIOR FLEXONICS CANADA (flexonics.com) is part of the Group of companies reporting to Senior Plc. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative based in our Brampton Office for our Industrial sales team and representing our operations which manufactures piping system flexible hose assemblies, expansion joints assemblies and industrial dampers for the Petrochemical, Power Generation, Industrial Processing and HVAC markets.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Interface with customers via phone / email to assess their needs and provide solutions.
- Provide/flush out necessary and technical information on customer inquiries.
- Generate product cost estimates for customer inquiries.
- Prepare formal quotes for presentation to our customers.
- Process customer orders and ensure they are kept on track.
- Work closely with the outside sales team in sustaining an excellent level of customer service.
- Perform order processing, vendor follow up and lead time monitoring.
- Liaise with sales and other departments regarding pricing, orders, delivery, invoicing and shipping schedules.
Qualifications

Diploma (Mechanical Engineering required)

Minimum 3-5 years of B2B technical inside sales experience required.

Experience in Industrial Sales/ service desk will be an asset.

Experience working in a Manufacturing company will be an asset.

Must have Mechanical Aptitude.

Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and negotiation skills.

Fluency in verbal (spoken with clarity) and written English and MS Office required.
