Program Manager - Global Brand Launch
About the role
This fall Drake International is celebrating its 75th anniversary with a full strategic repositioning of our global brand and we need a Program Manager to lead the launch.
New master brand. Multiple legacy brands consolidating under one name. New website, new identity, new messaging — all landing simultaneously across multiple business units and international markets. Phase one goes live in October. The PM seat is open.
What you're walking into
This isn't a planning engagement. Agencies are engaged, workstreams are active, and October is fixed. You'll step in as the single point of integration — owning the master program plan, coordinating brand, digital, messaging, change management, and regional rollout — so the CMO isn't the one holding it together. Your job is to keep the critical path intact as strategic direction evolves, hold every agency and internal team to their commitments, and make sure decisions get made before they become blockers.
The scope
Brand identity and creative: guidelines, design system, core templates, launch assets New master website and digital transition (redirects, social, email domains, paid media, apps) Messaging, content, and external communications — coordinating with the CMO's content lead and PR Stakeholder journey mapping across every affected audience Entity and regional rollout across multiple business units and markets Internal communications, change management, and employee readiness Day-one collateral: proposals, capability statements, sales decks, email signatures, trademark clearances CRM/ATS rebranding and systems transitions
What you need
Eight-plus years in program or project management, with real marketing depth. You've delivered a large-scale brand launch or rebrand end to end — you know where the critical path breaks and how to protect it. You've managed multiple external agencies at once and held them to scope, timeline, and budget without losing the relationships. Experience in multi-entity or international environments. Comfortable delivering through ambiguity. PMP or equivalent discipline demonstrated in practice.
The person
You create clarity rather than waiting for it. You bring decisions to the surface early — options plus a recommendation, not just a flag. When direction changes (and it will), you absorb it, re-plan, and move without losing committed dates. You build credibility fast with senior stakeholders and diverse teams. You don't need positional authority to get things done. Under pressure, you stay composed.
Engagement details
12-month fixed-term contract. Toronto-based; flexibility for international time zones required. Phase one launches October — target start is immediate.
