Position Overview: **Compugen is looking for a Business Process Re-Engineering Change Consultant for a 6-month contract working remotely. Candidates must currently reside within Canada and be available to work CT.
In this role, you will lead the implementation of foundational Software Asset Management (SAM) processes by leveraging ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities. Your focus will be on transforming manual workflows into structured, governed processes.** Key Responsibilities:
- Design lifecycle processes, data standards, and reporting frameworks to support entitlement management and compliance readiness.
- Develop recommendations and build a business case for SAM Pro adoption, including projected value and ROI analysis.
- Review environment readiness and validate Configuration Management Database (CMDB) structure for accurate software asset representation.
- Design SAM lifecycle processes (e.g., request, approval, reclamation).
- Develop workflows in ServiceNow ITSM modules (request, change) to support software asset governance.
- Create a data model for software assets in CMDB, including relationships and attributes for entitlement tracking.
- Migrate existing software asset data from current sources into ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy, normalization, and alignment with new SAM processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Experience designing SAM processes using ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Minimum of two projects in the last 36 months involving ServiceNow ITSM configuration for asset management.
- Proven ability to configure ServiceNow ITSM workflows for asset governance.
- Skilled in developing process documentation and governance artifacts.
- Hands-on experience with data migration and normalization into ServiceNow.
- Ability to perform gap analysis and build business cases for advanced SAM solutions (e.g., SAM Pro).
