Brief Call : Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study : Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description Nous recherchons des consultants dynamiques pour renforcer notre équipe en Systèmes d'Information & Digital à Montréal. Votre expérience, vos connaissances et votre engagement nous aideront à relever les défis de nos clients.
Vous soutiendrez différents projets grâce à votre expertise en tant que Spécialiste Simcore. Vos principales responsabilités :
- Configurer, intégrer et maintenir les logiciels Simcore / MODFLOW / See3D dans les environnements de projet.
- Développer ou personnaliser des modules et scripts d’automatisation afin d’améliorer la performance et la gestion des données de modélisation.
- Réaliser des analyses de modélisation hydrogéologique et environnementale, et interpréter les résultats pour soutenir la prise de décision.
- Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires (hydrogéologues, ingénieurs en données, consultants) pour assurer la cohérence et la fiabilité des données.
- Fournir un soutien technique, des formations et une documentation aux utilisateurs internes et externes.
- Participer à la recherche et à l’amélioration continue des outils et méthodologies de modélisation.
Qualifications :
- Diplôme universitaire en hydrogéologie, génie environnemental, géosciences ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience avérée avec les environnements logiciels Simcore, MODFLOW ou See3D.
- Solide compréhension de la modélisation des eaux souterraines, des flux de simulation et de la visualisation de données.
- Maîtrise de l’intégration de données, des bases de données (SQL) et du scripting (Python, MATLAB ou équivalent).
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et aptitudes à résoudre des problèmes complexes.
- Excellentes capacités de communication ; anglais requis, le français constitue un atout important.
