About the Role: This position will be responsible for Daily inventory checks and reconciliation of Ferrero Goods as well as daily review of the stock posted in EWM/ECC (SAP) and process correction transactions or request adjustments as required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Daily inventory checks and reconciliation of Ferrero Goods.
- Processes all EDI IDOC errors
- Responsible for create stock transfer orders
- Physical/ systematic inventory destructions
- Assists with physical inventory count as needed
- Daily review of the stock posted in EWM/ECC (SAP) and process adjustments as required.
- Manage and control the movement of pallets to and from the warehouse and External Warehouses
- Regular system maintenance in EWM/ECC: Consolidation Reports and Data Entry as required
- Quality Audit, Monitoring and Reporting for external warehouses.
- Communicate periodically with TL’s and Supervisors on issues found
- Communicate with Warehouse Inventory Control Team, AGs and External Warehouse Inventory Control Teams to resolve deficiencies in Inventory
- Ensure proper stock rotation where required
- Provide resolution for any problems that may arise
- Continuous learning and training on warehouse operating systems.
- Responsible for monthly movement data collection
- Responsible to create, coordinate and execute all DC related Disposal Requests.
- Will be required to run Adhoc reports/ investigations
- Attend and be an active contributor in all traceability exercises necessary.
Who we are looking for:
- Knowledge of the levels of service necessary in production and towards the Commercial Divisions
- Knowledge of products to ensure the correct material handling
- Knowledge of all warehouse operating systems
- Knowledge of Warehouse and Transportation Quality Requirements
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong communications skills in a diverse work environment;
- Demonstrated problem solving and team building skills
- Knowledge of inventory/ warehouse operations
- Warehousing and Transportation Quality Monitoring and Reporting
- Previous data entry experience
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
