About the role

Education: College/CEGEP. Work setting: Willing to relocate. Relocation costs covered by employer. Construction company. Head office. Tasks: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Carry out administrative activities of establishment. Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence. Train staff. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures. Monitor and evaluate. Write plans describing project specifications and construction schedules. Review bids and negotiate costs. Prepare proposals. Prepare and submit reports. Prepare bids. Office management. Arrange for billing for services. Obtain price quotations from catalogues and suppliers. Prepare pre-qualification submissions to present clients . Develop quality management and quality assurance standards. Assist with record management. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel.
