Qualifications:
- Valid Saskatchewan Professional A Teaching Certificate or eligibility.
The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:
- Provide division-wide leadership and support for the Driver Education program.
- Support consistent implementation of SGI-approved Driver Education programs across schools.
- Deliver in-class and in-car driver education instruction, including in rural and northern communities.
- Train, mentor, and coach Driver Education teachers on instructional best practices and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with consultants, school administrators, and external partners such as SGI.
- Promote safe, culturally responsive driving education aligned with TRC Calls to Action.
- Contribute to program planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
