We are growing and have an immediate requirement for an experienced Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our Surrey team.

JOB SUMMARY
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator supports the Business Development function by developing and maintaining high-quality sales and marketing materials that effectively communicate the company’s design capabilities, product offerings, and value proposition. Reporting to the VP, Business Development, this role works closely with Sales, Design, and Manufacturing to produce compelling marketing collateral in both digital and print formats.
This position is well suited to a detail-oriented, creative professional who is early in their career and looking to grow into a customer-facing sales and marketing role over time.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Prepare customized sales presentations and proposal materials to support business development efforts

Ensure all sales and marketing materials are accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards

Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral across digital and print channels, including website content, social media assets, case studies, and trade show materials

Work with internal stakeholders to translate technical and design concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging
-
Maintain an organized library of marketing assets, templates, and visual content

Gradually develop product knowledge and market understanding to support direct interaction with customers
-
Participate in customer meetings, presentations, or site visits as experience and confidence grow
-
Support follow-up activities and coordination related to customer inquiries and opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills & Competencies:
-
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
-
1–3 years of experience in a marketing, sales support, or coordination role (manufacturing, design, or B2B environment preferred)

Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to technical and non-technical audiences
-
Experience developing marketing collateral in digital and print formats
-
Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
-
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and design review.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
-
Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
-
Proficiency with common design and marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, or similar)
-
Experience with layout/design software (Solidworks, AutoCAD) and ERP or order management systems is considered an asset

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and version control

Collaborative mindset with the confidence to work cross-functionally

Interest in design, manufacturing, and developing customer-facing skills
Knowledge and Experience:

Retail and grocery store environments, including fixtures, displays, and merchandising layouts.

Interpretation of architectural drawings, blueprints, and floor plans.

Made-to-order or engineered-to-order manufacturing processes as well as customer order management and project coordination principles.
Work Environment

Monday – Friday, flexible start time (8.5hr shift)
