Microworks is a premium, systems-driven home service company focused exclusively on small projects. Homeowners frequently use their weekends to plan repairs and improvements, making this weekend-exclusive role revenue-critical. As our dedicated weekend coverage, you will protect schedule quality, provide top-tier customer service, convert inbound calls into booked capacity, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our premium standards.
You will serve as our primary point of contact every Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. You will handle inbound customer calls, qualify leads, explain our service model, and book appointments. Customers rely on us for fast, professional help on their days off, and you will guide them seamlessly through the process.
Key Responsibilities
Reliable Weekend Coverage: Maintain a consistent, high-energy presence every Saturday and Sunday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM). Customer Experience: Answer inbound calls with warmth, urgency, and professional confidence. Lead Conversion: Build trust quickly, qualify leads based on scope and fit, and secure firm commitments. Objection Handling: Skillfully navigate concerns regarding price, availability, and estimate expectations. Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure a seamless hand-off to the weekday dispatch team and protect overall schedule quality.
Qualifications
Weekend Commitment: Must be fully available and dedicated to the Saturday/Sunday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) schedule. Experience: 3+ years in customer service, inside sales, or appointment-setting. Closing Ability: Proven track record of securing commitments and handling objections over the phone. Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills with experience using CRM software. Professionalism: Excellent verbal/written communication, highly organized, and coachable.
Pay And Benefits
