Join us as a National Accounts Specialist

Your Main Responsibilities The role will be responsible for managing the reporting and workflow process. The incumbent will work with the National Sales Team across the country, applying appropriate tasks and strategies, and ensuring the accuracy of submissions and timeliness in work completion. This role is made up of regional tasks that are largely administrative.

  • Handling customer contract addendums, ensuring info provided is correct and file contract addendums once executed
  • Monitoring National accounts performance, running PM reports, and kpi reports.
  • Assisting with the preparation of RFP’s & tenders
  • Attending National account meetings to assist with note taking, account receivables, general updates, and any other support required
  • Communicating with branches on accounts, working with account managers and branch managers regarding accounts to help resolve customer concerns and address gaps in delivery service
  • National accounts platform management, checking work order status, technician check arrival and departure times
  • Run reports from Dashboard and SAP
  • National account customer ad hoc requests
  • Collate data for internal meetings and customer meetings
  • Creation of various presentations for both internal and external customers

What You Bring

  • Post Secondary – preferably in Business Administration or Finance
  • Technical proficiency and/or construction experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organization: Possess excellent organization skills with the ability to balance high volume of activities and changing priorities
  • Problem Solving: Information seeking and achievement orientation, ability to solve problems both independently and collaboratively
  • Teamwork: Ability to interact with all levels and foster a teamwork relationship
