We are currently hiring for a National Account Coordinator in Kitchener!

Position Summary:

  • The National Account Coordinator is responsible for the execution and overall management of an assigned group of National Multi-unit customer’s business. As the point person for your assigned customers, the National Multi Unit Account Coordinator is responsible for driving business outcomes and high customer satisfaction. Leading through influence and using your passion for the restaurant/foodservice industry, you will work within a winning team to execute excellence to support our customer’s contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact for assigned Multi Unit Accounts and Account Managers.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate restaurant chain quotes including all price changes.
  • Facilitate the communication of accurate information between restaurant chains and internal departments.
  • Analyze and create daily reports including substitution and shorts for restaurant chains.
  • Liaise with the customer service team for Account head offices.
  • Manage effective internal communication to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Support customer rebates and regular reporting related to the restaurant chains.
  • Analyze data, and compile regular and ad hoc reports as required.
  • Provide administrative support to Account Managers to deliver a high level of customer service excellence.
  • Collaborate with other departments for support with listings of new products.
  • Contribute to the strategic plan and company values.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of Post secondary education preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with key accounts and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organization skills to manage competing priorities.
  • Previous experience using MS Excel and analyzing data using vlookup and pivot tables.
  • Strong proficiency using MS Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet established deadlines.
  • Strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions to resolve issues.
  • Previous experience in a similar role and experience with ERP systems preferred.
  • Experience managing effective relationships with high-value clients preferred.
