About the team and the role:

We're looking for astrategic Product Managerto drive eBay's enterprise ServiceNow platform. This is an opportunity toscale a critical enterprise platformserving thousands of employees globally at a pivotal inflection point.

You'll own the complete ServiceNow product lifecycle—from roadmap and vision to delivery and continuous optimization. This role combines strategic product ownership with hands-on execution, leveraging AI and data to amplify your impact and drive platform maturity, adoption, and business value across the enterprise.

-Drive product strategy independently- Own the roadmap, report progress to leadership, and make strategic product decisions -Optimize platform maturity & adoption- Improve existing modules (ITSM, TPRM, BCM, GRC), reduce technical debt, champion OOTB-first, and increase utilization -Demonstrate measurable ROI- Build business cases, track adoption metrics, and show platform value to justify continued investment -Leverage AI as your force multiplier- Join an AI-forward team that expects AI-augmented PM work (documentation, analysis, synthesis) -Make enterprise-wide impact- Influence thousands of employees across IT, HR, Finance, GRC, and Operations with direct executive visibility

##What you will bring:

##AI & Data Proficiency (Required - Non-Negotiable)

-**Active AI Usage:**Claude, ChatGPT, PM AI tools in daily work -**Documentation Automation:**AI-drafted stories, release notes, docs -**Data Literacy:**Analyze ServiceNow usage, validate stakeholder claims

###Product Management Core Skills (Required)

-3-5+ years PM experience

  • Discovery excellence, stakeholder management, prioritization
  • Requirements definition, Agile/Scrum, backlog management
  • Saying "no" diplomatically
  • Track record of challenging requests and value-based prioritization

###ServiceNow Platform Knowledge (Required)

-2-3+ years working with ServiceNow(PM, BA, or admin)

  • Understand ServiceNow data model, workflows, capabilities
  • Know OOTB vs. customization trade-offs
  • Familiarity with ITSM and GRC modules

###Soft Skills (Critical)

-**Stakeholder Management:**Build trust, influence without authority, say "no" diplomatically -**Communication:**Clear writing, executive presentations, facilitation -**Execution-focused:**Get stuff done, bias for action, accountable -**Self-directed:**Work independently, escalate strategically (not tactically) -Data-driven mindset:"Show me the data" default

Additional Details

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

C$133,200 - C$177,800

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
