BMW Toronto Motorrad is Growing

We are expanding our team and seeking a Motorrad Product Advisor to join our brand-new standalone location.

The Role

At BMW Toronto Motorrad, we don’t just sell motorcycles—we deliver a lifestyle defined by performance, freedom, and luxury.

As a Product Advisor, you will represent the brand with confidence, energy, and professionalism while guiding clients through a premium purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell BMW motorcycles, apparel, rider gear, and accessories
  • Respond to digital leads daily and maintain consistent follow-up
  • Manage inbound calls and convert inquiries into appointments
  • Engage walk-in clients and deliver exceptional in-store experiences
  • Maintain daily follow-up with prospects until purchase or close
  • Track sold units and ensure seamless delivery timelines
  • Proactively generate business through outbound efforts
  • Stay current on incoming and available inventory
  • Identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Present financing and payment options confidently
  • Ask for the sale and close effectively
  • Deliver sold units in a memorable, premium experience
  • Conduct post-delivery follow-up to drive CSI performance
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared performance goals

  • Negotiation skills and resilience in handling objections
  • Adaptability and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to maneuver motorcycles in tight spaces

Requirements

  • Valid OMVIC License
  • Valid Ontario G-Class Driver’s License
  • Valid Ontario M2 or M-Class Motorcycle License
