Responsibilities PRIMARY PURPOSE
Plans, manages, and executes cross functional, high risk, Enterprise Asset Management technology implementation with significant business impact in support of CMBC and BTS strategic plan and business transformation. Collaborates with business stakeholders, product owners, cross-functional teams, BTS, and solution providers to effectively set and manage progress across assigned project scope to ensure business requirements and business processes are delivered through application/product configuration and manages a team of staff and/or contractors.
Key Accountabilities Plans, manages, and executes cross functional, high risk, Enterprise Asset Management technology implementation with significant business impact in support of CMBC and BTS strategic plan and business transformation. Analyses and reviews information from key business areas and determines project goals that support business objectives and strategies. Develops clearly defined deliverables. Manages across project teams and stakeholders (internal and external) to execute the project.
Act as an expert in supporting the CMBC-EAM Project Manager and BTS PMO to manage the progress on several concurrent key initiatives, led by business and technical resources (staff and/or contract). Oversees staff and/or contractors in project planning, project delivery and progress tracking. Provides advanced level of advice and interpretation to business and project leaders in situations of changed priorities, delays, unexpected risks, and resources issues.
Develops a clear model of how the EAM solution delivers benefits to customers that align with the vendor-described benefits. Understands the cost structure and in-license models of all components and suppliers. Creates any necessary pricing or revenue-generating elements and out-licensing models, design and set up budget. Collaborates with key stakeholders and solution providers to manage relationships, effective communication and drive successful support and delivery model aligned with business strategies and objectives.

Manages the changes and develops risk management strategies to address risks that affect the delivery of project outcomes throughout the project cycle. Monitors and ensures projects are completed within schedules and quality standards. Communicates the projects to executive-level business stakeholders. Stays current on industry best practices and evaluates opportunities to optimize of delivery model.
Directly manages and develops (staff and/or contract). Establishes work objectives, monitors progress, performs periodic evaluations, and provides feedback and coaching on performance improvement opportunities. Responsible for the hiring, training and development, and release of contracted technology staff.
Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
The requirements for this job are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in business or computer sciences or a related discipline.
Eight (8) years of related experience in full cycle of technology management and/or business transformation initiatives. Including ability to effectively translate business requirements into technical/ functional requirements and launching new features into production.
Other Requirements Advanced Subject Matter Expert knowledge of the business process and clients’ usage of the product.
Advanced knowledge of the solution / product (or similar) will be an asset.
Solid experience with the management of risk, change, issues, time, scope, resources, and quality in large >10 team members, multi-divisional or enterprise impact technology initiatives.
Experience building and maintaining strong working relationships with business and IT stakeholders, including senior executives.
Experience in managing team members, users, sponsors, other internal stakeholder groups (departments, divisions) as well as external stakeholders (contractors, advisory firms, implementation partners).
Strong interpersonal, influence and negotiation skills, leadership ability, and commercial acumen are required across multiple, diverse stakeholders. Ability to interact effectively with business and technology groups to deliver highly efficient solutions.
Solid and proven experience in managing organizational change initiatives on large projects.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Project and other tools that support project management.
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to present ideas in business-friendly language.
Strong decision-making skills to provide quick inputs and resolve issues and escalations.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to break down complex technical solutions into smaller pieces.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, development, and deployment and experience in various project management methodologies.

Work Schedule 37.5 hours per week.

Rate of Pay The salary for this position ranges from $107,200 - $160,800 per annum. Actual salary offered will be based on education, experience, skills, and qualifications as they relate to the role.
