The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilledAccount Managerto serve as the primary bridge between our company and our valued clients. In this role, you won't just be managing a portfolio; you will be a strategic partner dedicated to deeply understanding client goals and ensuring our solutions drive their long-term success. You will champion the "voice of the customer" internally, navigating complex project roadmaps and technical requirements to deliver seamless results. From leading high-stakes Quarterly Business Reviews to identifying organic growth opportunities through upselling and renewals, you will be the linchpin of our retention strategy. If you are a master communicator who thrives on building trust, solving problems before they escalate, and turning satisfied customers into lifelong brand advocates, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

-**Drive Growth:**Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve individual and team revenue goals. -**Lead Generation:**Proactively identify and qualify leads through outbound calls, networking, and following up on inbound inquiries. -**Relationship Management:**Manage and grow assigned builder accounts while developing new partnerships with contractors, architects, and trade organizations. -**Technical Estimating:**Review tender requests, prepare competitive bids, and provide value-engineering options to meet client needs. -**Project Oversight:**Coordinate with production and delivery teams to provide accurate timelines and ensure all documentation is submitted for a seamless order process. -**Brand Ambassadorship:**Represent Durabuilt at industry events and maintain a high standard of professional and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

-**Sales Prowess:**Proven core selling and prospecting skills with a "hunter" mentality for new business. -**Construction Knowledge:**A solid understanding of the construction industry and the ability to read/interpret architectural plans and blueprints. -**Analytical Skills:**Ability to perform calculations (fractions, percentages) and handle basic financial tasks related to pricing and discounting. -**Tech Savvy:**Proficiency in MS Office and sales software (experience with PQM or Salesforce is a plus). -**Communication:**Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to relate to a diverse customer base, from site supervisors to architects.
