Job Description: What You Will Do As a Customer Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and driving Finning’s presence in the North:

  • Grow revenue and profitability within your territory
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, Caterpillar, and internal teams
  • Analyze customer economic models and develop strategic deal plans
  • Maintain accurate information in Finning’s Sales Support systems
  • Provide full solutions across equipment, parts, and service
  • Forecast new equipment sales and consistently meet target objectives

What You Bring You are a relationship builder, problem solver, and trusted advisor who brings:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in the Heavy Equipment Industry (asset)
  • 2-5+ years in Sales Management or Account Management
  • Understanding of Service Operations
  • Strong knowledge of General Construction products (CCE & BCP)
  • High mechanical aptitude and curiosity
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A self-driven, optimistic mindset with energy and passion
