About the Position
- We are searching for a permanent Senior Executive Assistant to join our team.
- The starting salary will be determined based on a combination of skills, education, and experience. The salary range is $61,000 – $84,000 per year.

Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact
The Senior Executive Assistant will provide support services that have a high degree of exposure to confidential information affecting PBC’s strategy, operations, and human resources.
In this role, you will screen and prioritize correspondence with Executive team members, internal and external contacts, and union officials.
You will prepare and submit expense reports, review and reconcile invoices and submit for approval, and follow-up on discrepancies.
In this role, you will compile executive and board reports and put together presentations including statistical data on departmental performance, resources allocation, budget status, and human resources issues for the Executive leaders.
You will attend executive team, management, and other senior level meetings while taking minutes and following up on action items.
Key Experiences You Bring To This Role
- Post-secondary coursework in an administrative program or relevant field (e.g., Business Administration), or equivalent
- 7+ years of related experience
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality at all times, and to apply appropriate judgement in handling and managing sensitive information, particularly data affecting employees, legal filings, human rights and discrimination, long term planning and resource allocation, organizational restructuring, and personal information
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
