DESIGNATION : ASST.MANAGER/ASST.MANAGER IN-CHARGE/BRANCH

GENERAL ROLE :- Branch Revenue Generation and Sales
Forex Retail Purchase/ Travel Cards/Forex Sale (Retail)/ Outward Remittance-ADII & referral/New Customer addition
Duties and Responsibilities
Achievement of branch target on Sales/Purchase/Travel Cards/ Outward Remittances-ADII & Referral
Acquisition of new Clients as per defined targets
To Activate Muthoot Finance franchisee branches
To ensure acquisition of business from dormant Client as per defined targets
Ensure resolution of Queries/Complaints from External/Internal Stake holders
To ensure that all compliance related norms are met by the branches without deviations within the specified time
periods as directed by the regulator/external stake holders
