As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all team members are performing their duties effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring that the store meets its sales targets.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations
- Lead and motivate the team
- Ensure high standards of customer service
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Maintain store inventory and manage stock levels
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the convenience store industry
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
Other Relevant Details
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
